INdividual Counseling

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for you to discuss your needs and goals with me before scheduling your first session. 

Prior to your first session, you will complete some initial paperwork via an online portal. When we meet, we'll develop a plan for our work together. I will also spend time learning about your personal history.
Individual counseling can be short or long-term depending on what your goals are and I will work with you to help you figure out what you need. 

Private Pay Cost: $165 (55-60 min session)
